Evergreen Advisory Group is an operator-led advisory firm focused on helping teams make difficult decisions in regulated environments, especially when those decisions are expensive to unwind later.

Our work is informed by direct experience building and operating compliance-driven manufacturing businesses across multiple state markets. As a team, we’ve been responsible for facility buildouts, hazardous-occupancy layouts, regulated process design, HACCP and GMP-aligned quality systems, and the realities of running manufacturing operations under active regulatory oversight.

We formed Evergreen after seeing a common pattern in regulated markets: advice that is technically correct, but disconnected from how facilities actually operate or how regulations are enforced in practice. Our role is to help leadership teams understand real-world tradeoffs and make decisions that hold up operationally, financially, and regulatorily.

Our experience spans cannabis brands, functional beverages, and other highly regulated consumer product categories, including operations that have produced at scale, where millions of units, material revenue, and regulatory scrutiny intersect. In those environments, small process mistakes don’t stay small for long.

We typically work with operators, investors, and leadership teams during moments that matter: market entry, buildouts, regulatory pressure, operational transitions, creating SOPs, licensing IP and formulations for brands, or restructurings. When execution requires coordination beyond the core team, we help engage experienced legal, compliance, and capital partners to keep decisions aligned and executable.
